| 1. Ultimate Management Consultants hereinafter
referred to as UMC takes maximum care to ensure the suitability
of candidates introduced. All candidates are interviewed on an as-required
basis and secretarial personnel are tested to ensure that they meet
acceptable standards. UMC does not accept responsibility, and is
not liable for, misrepresentation by a candidate.
2. Fees: 10 % of the Annual Gross Salary inclusive
of all cash allowances. (Minimum fee Dhs. 2000/=), for each placement
made. Temporary placement: Fee per calendar week ……….
Dhs.300 (or 25% of salary, whichever is greater).
3. Guarantee: should a permanent employee be terminated,
for reasons other than those of redundancy or non- payment of salary,
within 8 weeks from the date of employment, replacement will be
provided at no additional cost on the basis that the original profile
and position remains the same. Provided that UMC invoice has been
paid within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, only one such replacement
will be provided. Should UMC be unsuccessful in replacing the candidate
in the first 3 months, a credit note will be issued after deducting
temporary fees of 25% as agreed upon herein.
4. If a candidate introduced by UMC commences employment
in any capacity on a permanent or temporary basis with the Client
Company or any branch, or associate within 12 months of interview,
the Client Company will be liable for permanent or temporary fees,
as applicable. The client company should notify UMC immediately
when a candidate is engaged in permanent or temporary employment
and pay the fee due in accordance with the fee stated herein within
7 days of receipt of invoice. Payment of our invoice should not
be delayed due to the processing of the selected candidate’s
visa. If the client company engages a candidate on a temporary basis
and the candidate is then made a permanent staff member, temporary
fees will be payable up to, and including, the date UMC is informed
that the candidate is permanent, when a permanent invoice will also
be payable.
5. If a candidate introduced by UMC is engaged
in permanent employment, a copy of the contract should be faxed
to UMC in order that UMC’s fee can be calculated.
6. Candidate introduced by UMC should not be contacted
directly unless authorized by UMC. Strict confidentiality should
be maintained and no references must be made to any Vacancies/candidates.
Should a reference be made, and subsequently employment takes place
without UMC’s approval, the client shall be liable to pay
the fees stated herein.
7. The-client Company pays a temporary employee’s
salary direct or daily, weekly or monthly intervals, as mutually
agreed. UMC will invoice the Client Company for its fee at the end
of the assignment or at the end of every 4 working weeks, which
ever is shorter.
8. If a client company or any branch or associate
re-engages a temporary candidate, previously introduced by UMC,
in any capacity within 12 months of completion of the last temporary
assignment, regardless of how contact with the candidate is made,
the client company shall be liable to pay temporary fees in accordance
with the rates stated herein. If a client company engages a temporary
candidate within 12 months of completion of the last assignment,
the Client Company shall be liable to pay permanent placement fees
in accordance with the rates stated herein.
9. UMC is not responsible for establishing the
visa status or eligibility for employment of a candidate and no
liability whatever in this regard shall be attached to UMC. The
client company is responsible for providing a Labour Card for temporary
/permanent personnel in accordance with the U.A.E Labour Law. UMC
provides purely an introduction service. UMC’s fees are charged
for introductions made and payment of UMC’s invoices is not
subject to clients’ company ability to secure a visa.
10. All fees are payable within 7 days of invoice being presented.
